Z Cross Ranch was born from a deep love of horses, the great outdoors, and the Western way of life. My journey began on our family ranch where my sisters and  I fell in love with horses and the western lifestyle which spurred me on to go gain years of experience working on ranches across the West and even in Alaska, where I rode through rugged landscapes, packed mules into the backcountry, and worked with countless horses. Along the way, I learned from skilled horsemen, refining my training techniques and gaining a deep understanding of what works best for both horse and rider.

Eventually, I knew it was time to come back home—to the place where our passion for horses first began. Nestled in the small town of Wanship, Utah, just outside Park City, our 2,000-acre family ranch became the foundation for Z Cross Ranch. With decades of experience in riding, training, and competing, our family has dedicated our lives to horses. From rodeo competitions to trail rides, riding lessons and training wild horses, we’ve done it all. But what truly drives us is our commitment to rescuing and rehabilitating wild mustangs and neglected horses, giving them a second chance at life.
